Lean Focus Brand Identity, Website & Print
The Brief: Lean Focus is a consulting company that specializes in improving a business’ bottom (and top) line using Lean methods. After rebranding them in 2018, the CEO came back to Pop-Dot asking us to evolve their brand once more s based on a desire to attract bigger fish. Previously, Lean Focus’ offerings were broken into 3 categories: consulting, talent solutions, and training. Now, the Lean Focus wanted to offer enterprise-wide Lean transformations (which incorporated all of those services) to CEOs of organizations with more than $100 million/year in revenue.
The Work: Evolve the messaging, the brand look, the website and, eventually, all external communications based on client’s new vision for the company. As the creative with the most experience with the Lean Focus brand, I led all creative efforts for the entirety of the project—18 months all-in-all—from the competitive research to the messaging strategy to the visual direction and functionality of the website.
The Result: A transformative business, brand, and marketing evolution that established Lean Focus as a serious player in the $100-million market.
