Nonn’s Insiders List Relationship Campaign
The Brief: In a business with a customer life cycle of about 7 years, the Insiders List is Nonn’s way of both staying connected to previous customers and getting in front of prospective customers. Internally, we call it the “Relationship Campaign” and it spans everything from email marketing to social media campaigns to in-store activations. Notably, the Insiders List shares a new home-interior tip on the Nonn’s website every two weeks and notifies their 8000+ subscribers via email and their followers on social media. But, after 5 years of success, engagement was trending down. So, we set out to give the Insiders List a visual and verbal refresh.
The Work: Where to begin. For the last 6 years I’ve written from scratch, or heavily copy edited, nearly every Insiders “Edition” (more than 100—I counted) on the website, every email in our subscribers’ inbox, and every social post across all mediums. I’ve concepted & executed integrated digital campaigns, collaborated with third-party blogs, hosted in-person events, and donned every Nonn’s retail showroom with Insiders tips and postcards. But, my proudest accomplishment was working with my team to evolve the Insiders List in into a more accessible, more visually inspiring, and easier to engage with program.
The Result: A campaign that has built and maintained thousands of healthy, happy, and valuable customer relationships for Nonn’s over the last 6 years.
