Nonn’s Positivity Program
The Brief: Positivity wasn’t just the theme of Nonn’s 2021 advertising campaign, it's one of the pillars of their company culture. And, going into year two of the pandemic, the Nonn’s leadership team desperately needed to remind their staff of that pillar. So, we helped them conceptualize and create an internal program dedicated entirely to sharing and spreading positivity.
The Work: Began with creating the program’s name, and was followed by conceptualizing key elements that would encourage engagement, and bring the program to life. Things like a “Weekly Smilestones” email that highlights positive happenings around the company; “Positivity Citations” that people receive for positive acts (and can redeem for prizes); “Positivity Sighting” signage calling people to report their positivity sightings; “Smile Squad” t-shirts; work anniversary certificates; a quarterly “Good Newsletter” digest that shares Smilestones big and small; and “Happiness Hours” where staff members gather together for an appreciation activity.
The Result: A program that the Nonn’s staff simply can’t stop smiling about.
